String snowball progress 7-2-13 001

I am getting to the point of seeing the end on the string snowball quilt.  I have 22 blocks to go and I can bind it.   It might seem like I did this pretty fast but I have been working hard to get it done.  I started on June 16 (see the post here http://timquilts.com/2013/06/16/another-start/)  and I have put in about 80 hours on it so far.

Here are some pictures of the front and the back….quilting always shows better on the back in a photo

Rain again today so no new garden pictures but I will post some soon.

Happy quilting

Tim

Rain is good, it accomplishes two things, waters the garden and keeps you quilting! Nice quilt, especially with the Teddy poses.

you must have very flexible work hours :) to be able to get so much quilting done!

It looks incredible! The stitching always adds so much texture and life. Love that.

Teddy did a marvelous job showcasing your beautiful quilt. I enjoyed see both.
