More Trapunto and some garden pictures

I finished some more of the trapunto.    The quilt looks a bit bumpy in the picture but that is because I have had it sort of wadded up in my hands to get the stuffing in.    It really is still flat.     Here are some more pictures (click to enlarge)

It did rain last night and it looks like more today.   It is very cloudy so the color of the pictures is not the best but you can still see how things are growing.

The grass is still wet from the rain so Teddy decided to stay inside …..he doesn’t like to get his feet wet.  Here he is in his “I’m bored” pose ( he thinks it is my fault that it is wet outside)

creative! I love your garden, how big is it? And the trapunto, done some myself,I found it sometimes frustrsating, the end result makes it woth it. And yours, well good choice, it really makes it even more gorgeous.

Wow, what a difference the trapunto makes! I saw this quilt “live” in Paducah and was impressed with the design and the quilting, but the trapunto really raises the whole impact to a higher level. Wise choice to add the extra work.

  5. My little Sheltie, Rosie does not mind getting her feet wet (& muddy) at all. She could show Teddy how to have more fun!
    Beautiful garden pictures!

I am actually glad that teddy doesnt like the wet and mud…..because he does like to sit on my quilts…..and a clean dog is so much better for that 😉

      • I’m not crazy about the dirt either, but I think it’s healthy for dogs (& kids) to have fun in the dirt & mud! We gave Rosie a bath yesterday & she looks & feels so good! Won’t be letting her out in the mud today! Actually, I think the mud is all gone. It is finally drying out in CO! Time to start the watering again!
