I finished all the blocks so it is time for assembly.

Here is the layout.  I decided to leave the 2 long edges jagged.

I start in a corner and piece the blocks together on the diagonal. Here it is with 3 diagonal rows done and the next one ready to add.

and the next row.

and the next

keep doing row at a time

It will be done soon 🙂

Happy quilting

I am starting my first beginner quilting class on Tuesday. You are inspirational.

Beautiful! Love the design and colors but I don’t envy the binding process!

  3. Marg says:

Wow! Do you sell your quilts? If so, online or in a shop?

I have tried …. it is just to hard to find the person who is willing to pay a reasonable amount. There is on average 200 dollars in cost of materials in a quilt….and since I hand quilt several hundred hours of work…..even at minimum wage that makes a two thousand dollar+ quilt

Those jagged edges will add a bit of drama. Looking forward to your next post!

Your quilt looks so cool, Tim! Will you do a pattern like the other one?

You’re stitching right along. Was Teddy sitting somewhere watching?

I’m so glad to hear (and see) you’re straightening two edges, and leaving two angled. That was my preference although I didn’t comment on the earlier post. Looks great!
