It is hot!

It has been so Hot in Lansing!!  record breaking hot!     hotter than it has been since 1891 but several degrees.  Not quilting or gardening weather!

Here are the last 5 days.

I didn’t catch the highs every day….a few went over 100.

Well I sure hope it goes down soon.   The forecast says Wednesday will go back to normal……that would be a drop of over 30 degrees….and very welcome!

I have not yet heard back from my GI doctor so not sure yet what the plan is for my stomach/abdomen pain yet.    Sure hope they get it together soon!

Meanwhile I am putting quilts on sale 25% off again until the end of Sept.    Here is the Link https://www.etsy.com/shop/timquilts

I am also going to add a few more for sale this week after I decide which I can live without LOL   so stay tuned.

and if it cools off I might even be able to get some more quilting done!

Happy Quilting

Tim

    Hi Tim
I just got back from a trip to CA. I’m encouraged that your Doctors know what’s going on. Not encouraged by the delays. That is not good.

Wow, those Lansing temps are unbelievable. Miserable weather for sure. It’s been hot here in Maine too but nothing like Michigan. Jim said it was chilly the whole time I was gone …but not now.

Fingers crossed for a resolution to those stones and some pain relief.
    I’m thinking of you-

  2. OH MY! It sounds as if you are in Texas ! It is 82 here and that is a cool front! Praying your medical issue is resolved soon! We sure are amazed by your handiworks, and your gardening, oh yes and your sweet little Schnauzer!

  3. I hope your hot weather breaks soon. Down here our seasons run hot, hot, hot and not as hot. It is hard to work outside on most days and summer is the time to stay in and quilt in the air conditioning. Winter will come soon.

Really hot and humid here in NYC. Cooling down come the weekend; can’t wait!

The weather is crazy everywhere! It’s early spring here, but we’ve had temperatures over 102°F… Heaven help us when it’s summer and 80% humidity with it…

It’s been hot down here in Ohio too. Looks like the temperature is going to start to change on Wed. Tim you are your best advocate. Get on the phone and call your GI doctor. If that doesn’t work never hesitate to seek a second opinion. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers that healing comes soon.
